Program Overview
TCMTMSLLP’s Food & Beverage Service course will teach the students to deal with customers by serving food and/or drink in restaurants, bars, and at functions. TCMTMSLLP’s modules also comprise of training on positive attitude, effective communication, co-operation / teamwork and personal hygiene. On-the-job training will be provided for table service, buffet, menu structure & explanation, cooking method glossary, mother sauces condiments and sauces. Wines Services, Bar Services, and Barista will also be taught to ensure superb knowledge among a student in beverages services.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management with valid 6-month experience of hospitality industry (Professionals from Hotel, Airline, Restaurants, Hospital front desk, Malls etc).
