Program Overview
TCMTMSLLP’s Galley course is an ideal course for chefs/cooks to start their career in professional way in the cruise lines. TCMTMSLLP’s module offers students the opportunity to learn and understand Culinary Goals on board, the requirements for preparation and cooking of foods, the importance of food safety and hygiene as per International Maritime laws, proper usage of galley equipment & utensils as well as learning to work in a Production area. The students will have a practice section and opportunity to experience on-the-job training and participate in menu designing demonstrations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management with valid 6-month experience of hospitality industry (Professionals from Hotel, Airline, Restaurants, Hospital front desk, Malls etc).
